There is the best little stretch of rental houses on the beach in Waldport we have visited a few times. Walk on the door and you have sand at your feet. A few steps more and you can have water on your toes.
We had a full house but missed JC and Big Garrett. We had a beautiful sunny and sandy day, a lot of food, a few late nights, introduced Bonnie and Jim to Portlandia, starfish sightings, a cool hut on the beach to play in, and Garrett demonstrated his addiction to CARS and shared his 2 year old tantrum abilities when the movie was turned off.
We hope to do this trip again someday! ( When Garrett is older than 2.)

The pic of Sierra with the neat starfish and Kara's face...so Kara, and I don't even know her very well. So cute!
