Allie turned 5 and we hit the new favorite spot in town, Yogurt Extreme. Sierra and Mason both informed me this is where they want to go for their birthdays too.
She chose bacon sandwiches and grapefruit for breakfast and couldn't wait to dress up in her birthday dress.
What we love about our 5 year old Allie:
She has sass--a lot of it.
She takes good care of her baby dolls, dressing them, putting them to bed, burping them, all the good stuff.
She likes to help with Garrett too; he let her change his diaper the other day.
She loves to have attention from her older sister and anyone she deems pretty.
She likes her fingernails painted.
She is quite capable of using a loud voice.
She enjoys having "lesson time."
She has an opinion about people and what they look like, or should look like.
She notices smells, especially bad ones (when Eric gets home from a run she tells him he does not smell very good).
She acts quiet and shy but she is really just stubborn.
Many people tell me she looks a lot like me.
We love her smiles, frowns and everything in between.
